WARRANTY

Ray Fishing Tackle warrants its Products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by accident, abuse, or normal expected wear.

 

If your Ray Fishing Product has a defect within the terms of the warranty you should contact us by email: Service@RayFishing.com. Please download and complete the Rod or Reel Warranty forms provided in this page.

For damages determined to be from accident, normal wear and tear, or neglect, Ray Fishing offers a No Hassle repair and replacement policy. We will replace the product after we received the replacement payment. 

 

Replacement Fee

·     Titan-TT100 Baitcast Reel, Cola UL Series, Blue LIGHTNING Bass Series, and KingFisher Ice Rod: $25 + return shipping

·     Galaxy Tenkara Series, Alpha SQUAD Trout Series, and Sensation UL Series: $25 + return shipping

·     Onzz200 Baitcast Reel, Spinner Hand Reel, Shore Drifter Liver Bait Series, Raptor Slow Jigging Series, Spartan Boat Series, and Alpha SQUAD Swimbait Series: $30 + return shipping

 

Return shipping charges are $15 for shipping within the US, $20 for shipping in Canada.
